Leaders discuss Australia-Singapore travel bubble

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has begun his overseas travels making his first stop in Singapore but may not be the only Australian visiting the country soon.

Both leaders have revealed a strong interest in resuming two-way travel when the health situation in each country is safe to do so.

Mr Morrison met with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong to discuss preparing what is necessary for the travel bubble to begin, with digital vaccine passports being likely.
